When a child is recovered, the first 24 hours are critical. This is when trust is formed in the thick of emotionally hard spaces.

Because of you, we can provide basic necessities like toiletries, a journal, cozy socks, a teddy bear, and a warm blanket. 

As you can imagine, the teddy bear quickly becomes the child’s most treasured item, a source of comfort and safety in a time of uncertainty. It travels with them everywhere— home, school, visits with their advocate, and milestone celebrations—always a reminder that someone cares deeply for them.
